Guidelines
We want your initiative to carry the quality, branding and vision of Echo.Church. In order to reach your goals effectively we have provided below the appropriate timeline for each type of creative project. Following these guidelines will help ensure your project runs smoothly and is delivered on time.
If you are requesting a larger project with multiple versions of one concept, a new form should be completed for each deliverable (digital slide, banner, invite card, etc). This enables our team to manage the different items effectively.
It is always helpful to have clarity on these questions before requesting a new creative piece.

Start Something Creative
Printing for a new branding/design is a 3 week turnaround from request to delivery. Print reorders of existing files with no changes or small text changes only are a 2 week process. Certain larger projects may exceed this timeline — we will inform you if this is the case.
Placing Orders
- Ordering Reprints: Please include a reference file or photo for requests to reprint or update a job
- Ordering Banners: Specify size in feet, do you need pole pockets or grommets, where are grommets placed (every two feet or one in each corner), if wind slits are needed, and if it will be one sided or two sided.
- When a date is in the copy, we always include the day of the week. Ex: Sunday, October 20.
Important Print Terminology
- Postcard/Mailer: Card that has mailing panel
- Handout: Card that does not have mailing panel
- Promo / Invite Card: Card that is smaller than 4×6
- Flyer: 8×5.5, 8.5×11
- Poster: 11×17, 24×36
A new digital design project is a 2 week turnaround. Certain larger projects may exceed this timeline — we will inform you if this is the case.
- Where will this be used? During a weekend service? Web? Social Media? Event?
- Please always include the size of image needed
- Action step such as a url should always be present either in the design image or in the caption, depending on purpose and context. Help someone DO something as a result of SEEING something.

Most SWAG projects require a minimum of 6 weeks for design and delivery. Certain larger projects may exceed this timeline — we will inform you if this is the case.
If all that is needed is a reorder of an existing item it can likely be a faster turnaround. We will take this on a case by case basis and communicate with you on delivery time.
SWAG has a unique set of guidelines and can be a bit subjective at times when it comes to branding and appeal. Our team will work closely with you to deliver a quality product that both represents official Echo.Church branding and also creatively appeals to your target audience/purpose for the product.
