The Hope Offering 2024

In the fall of 2024, we invited our church to fuel faith and compassion in our region by giving generously to the Hope Offering, and you faithfully responded. Here is an update on how God has moved through your generosity.

Echo Compassion

Mission Trips

Five teams traveled the world to share the love of Jesus alongside our global partners in Brazil, Indonesia, Malawi, the Philippines, and Los Angeles.

Foster the City

In its 10th year, Foster the City has helped 1,000+ children find loving homes, raised nearly 500 foster families, and mobilized 1,700+ support families. It’s now expanding nationally.

Alpha

This year, we helped train dozens of regional churches to leverage the Alpha Course to create safe spaces for people to explore faith in community.

Bay Area Church Planting

We helped plant three more churches, including Presence Church, which launched in September with 300+ attending and seven professions of faith!

The Next Generation

Summer Camp

At Summer Camp, 12 students publicly declared their faith through baptism. A young adult who grew up in echoKIDS and Echo Students baptized them!

Student Internships & Apprenticeships

Provide opportunities for young leaders to grow in faith and skills, preparing them for impact in the workplace and the church.

Young Adults

Echo Young Adults began House Worship, a weekly gathering often with 50+ people at homes all around the Bay Area for worship and community.

Campus Spaces

This past year, our campuses have been filled with stories of God at work. Our spaces have become places where faith is strengthened and community is built.

We’ve celebrated baptisms as people publicly declared their faith, watched students grow in their love for Jesus, and seen young adults step into meaningful community and God’s calling on their lives. We’ve also witnessed freedom from addiction, healing of hearts, and hope restored.

Spiritual Formation

Camps & Retreats

Hundreds of men and women were refreshed and equipped through intentional time with God and each other at the Men’s and Women’s retreats.

Echo Worship Album

Echo Worship released its first full-length album, sharing songs from our church to inspire faith and intimacy with God beyond the Bay Area.

New Echo App

The brand-new Echo app launched, providing powerful spiritual tools for our church. Over 1,500 people have engaged across 20,000+ sessions — including more than 8,000 prayer actions!
